GWALIOR, India -India's Sachin Tendulkar became the world's first batsman to smash a double-century in one-day internationals, achieving the feat against South Africa on Wednesday.The 36-year-old was unbeaten on 200 in the last over.
Zimbabwean Charles Coventry (194 not out) and Pakistan's Saeed Anwar (194) were previously the joint-record holders for the highest individual score in one-dayers.
